Delivery & ReturnsEach of my creations is as unique as the person who buys it. Be sure if you don't like my product or are dissatisfied with your purchase, you will be able to return or exchange it. I will do my best to make sure that my store leaves only a pleasant impression. We will definitely find a solution that would satisfy you)
We accept return requests for orders within 14 days of your order being delivered to you, when the item is still in the original condition. See full terms in the sections below.
- All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
- Delivery between 14-35 business days (depends on mail upload)
- All orders are sent by a service with tracking & confirmation of delivery. The level of detail of tracking varies from country to country.
- Customer is responsible for all customs fees/VAT
- If you received your order damaged, please contact me
- We will refund or exchange any items that you are not completely happy with when you make a request for a refund product to us in the original condition within 14
- To be eligible for a refund or exchange, goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition. That means your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment only.

There are no refunds for digital items.
